

I met 2 1/2 of my 3 goals. I didnapos;t do the 100 pushups program, but my exercise DVD included a pushup section.
Exercise:
30 minutes of C25K Week 3
50 minutes of "The Firm: Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn"
10 minute walk
Food:
I really need to work on my food choices, especially healthy snacks.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with strawberry perserves
Taffy Apple
2 cookies
Steak Burrito
Coldstone Ice Cream later tonight
Goals for tomorrow:
-C25K for 1/2 hour
-Exercise DVD or take a walk
-64oz water
